El cambio climático es una de las mayores amenazas para la humanidad y la supervivencia de las especies que habitan en la tierra. Esta amenaza se ha traducido en un desafío global que requiere de una acción coordinada por parte de la comunidad internacional y por parte de todos los sectores de la sociedad, incluyendo el sector privado. En esta monografía analizaremos la importancia de la nueva regulación de la Due Diligence en relación a este fenómeno. Al mismo tiempo presentaremos diferentes perspectivas y soluciones, también judiciales, que nos permitirán entender el alcance de esta nueva regulación.Climate change is one of the greatest threats to humanity and the survival of the species that inhabit the earth. This threat has become a global challenge that requires coordinated action by the international community and by all sectors of society, including the private sector. In this monograph we will analyze the importance of the new Due Diligence regulation in relation to this phenomenon. At the same time, we will present different perspectives and solutions, also judicial, that will allow us to understand the scope of this new regulation.
